From the Loading Dock to a Confirmed Delivery
Four steps take a route from barcode-verified truck loading to a scan-confirmed, DMS-synced close — see how ScanIt Delivery keeps drivers, dispatchers, and your DMS in sync all day.
CDK-First Today
ScanIt Delivery is available now for CDK dealers, with DealerTrack and Automate on the IPS roadmap — the same rollout path as PickIt and PackIt. Runs on both Android and iOS today; app-store listings coming soon.

Load. Route. Deliver. Close.
Every route moves through the same four steps, and every step feeds the next — nothing is re-typed, re-keyed, or reconciled by hand at the end of the day.
Load
Every part is barcode-scanned and matched against the route before the truck ever leaves the lot.
- Each part's barcode is verified against the route manifest during loading, part by part
- Truck-bin location awareness ties loading to the same bins used in the warehouse
- Catches a wrong-part-on-wrong-truck error before a driver ever hits the road
Route
An on-device map builds the smartest multi-stop route for the day, then hands off to native turn-by-turn navigation with one tap.
- Optimized multi-stop routing sequences every drop for the whole day
- One-tap hand-off to native turn-by-turn — Google Maps on Android today, with Apple Maps ready for iOS's coming-soon launch
- The route adjusts as stops are added, skipped, or reordered during the day
Deliver
At the door, the driver confirms the parts, captures a signature and up to 4 photos, and can scan a single container label to deliver everything inside it at once.
- Barcode-scan each part at the door to confirm the right parts reached the right stop
- Scan the pallet, not every box — one container label marks every part inside it delivered
- Where a dealer allows it, drivers can tap to confirm instead of scanning every single part
- Customer signature capture, plus up to 4 photos per delivery — each geo- and time-stamped
- Short a part? Finish the stop after an explicit confirmation — notes and exception flags cover partial, damaged, or refused deliveries
Close
When the last stop is done, the route closes itself out — even if a stop went out short, once the driver confirms it — with no end-of-day paperwork for the driver or the dispatcher.
- Automatic completion summary covers stops, parts, pieces, invoices, distance, and value for the whole route
- Summary syncs back to the dispatcher's route board in real time
- Delivery confirmations write back to your DMS automatically
